We can offer a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Third-Wave Cognitive Behavioural Therapies to treat presentations of anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, acute stressors, grief and loss, addictions and personality disorders.
